WIDER 15" DOUBLE T&G PROFILE

The Double T&G profile is engineered to reduce installation time by minimizing the number of panels required per section. A standard 6’ x 8’ fence section requires only 6 units, simplifying handling and speeding up on-site assembly compared to conventional profiles.

By reducing the number of joints, the Double T&G design delivers a stronger and more rigid structure, improving long-term durability. In addition, its optimized geometry increases material efficiency, lowering PVC usage without compromising performance—making it a more competitive and cost-effective solution than other profiles available in the market.

NO METAL REINFORCEMENT 7" RAIL

t&g design requires no u-profiles

Our T&G profile is designed with an integrated finishing edge that provides a clean and precise termination at the end of each panel run. This built-in remate eliminates the need for an additional U-channel, simplifying the overall system design.

By removing the U-profile from the installation, the system reduces component count, installation time, and material costs while delivering a cleaner, more uniform appearance.
